②Examination will be conducted in your home country. Unfortunately, we can't conduct examinations in such countries.

    In these cases, examination will conducted by Skype.

③Please bring or send application form to our school.

④We will check the submitted documents, and if there is anything lacking, our school will contact you.

⑤We school will apply for the Certificate of Eligibility with an immigration office.

⑥The immigration office will check the immigration records and submitted documents for each applicant.

    If all the paperwork is in order, Certificate of Eligibility will be issued.

⑦When you receive notice from our school that the Certificate of Eligibility has been issued, please remit school expenses to the bank account that our school specifies.

⑧After we have confirmed the payment, our school will send you a Letter of Admission and Authorization of Resident Eligibility.

⑨Go to the precinct Consular Office of Japan with the Letter of Admission and the Certificate of Eligibility to apply for a visa.

    *The embassy or consulate may interview the applicant. Depending on the result of the interview, a student visa may not be issued.

⑩Please come to Japan by the day our school specifies.
